1. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
We want you to be happy with your gear. Online purchases can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 3 days. All refunds are calculated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) based on the original purchase price.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- You must provide the original receipt or M-Pesa confirmation.
- All returned items will undergo a technical inspection before a refund is approved.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
For your protection and due to licensing, the following items cannot be returned: activated software, opened storage media (SD cards, Hard Drives), earphones/microphones (for hygiene), and any custom-built orders or cables.
4. How to Request a Refund
To start a request, WhatsApp us at +254 758 080 000 or email saslahubelectronics@gmail.com with your receipt. You can also bring the item back to our shop at Kimathi House, Basement Shop No. 1, opposite FGEE.
5. Warranty & Repairs
Most products come with a manufacturer warranty. If a device fails, our team will conduct an assessment first. Repairs or replacements are prioritized over refunds for technical faults occurring after the initial return period.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are paid using your original payment method (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Card). Please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the items have been inspected and approved.
